Dolly The Dinosaur a collaboration by myself with Prague’s Avva Vicetamma
Dolly was a dinosaur
Her skin was dark brown and green
She would never shout or roar
She was the prettiest dinosaur you’d ever seen!
Dolly would chuckle and purr
She was taller than the trees
If you stood right next to her
You would barely reach up to her knees!
Dolly was gentle and kind
And she loved to dance and play
She’d have a wonderful time
Playing with her make-believe friend all day!
Poor Dolly was all alone
For she was so big and tall
She wasn’t even fully grown
But next to her everyone looked so small!
When Dolly came to say ‘Hello’
People would turn and run away
Coz these people didn’t know
That Dolly only wanted to be friends and play!
